Abstract

This article examines alternative non-competition strategies as an introduction to business actors so that they are not trapped in unfair competition. This study uses a qualitative approach. This literature review synthesizes the results of previous scientific publications with the theme of non-competitive alternative strategies. Library source analysis using google scholar and Publish or Perish version 7. Furthermore, journal articles and textbooks from the collected reference sources were studied based on the selected theme by applying an interactive model through collection, presentation, condensation, and conclusions/verification. This literature review concludes that socialization to business actors about healthy competition needs to be enriched with the introduction of non-competition strategies to provide insight into non-competition strategies. Alternative non-competition strategies that can be introduced include cooperative alliance strategies, differentiation strategies and blue ocean strategies. Training and mentoring are recommended to be able to adapt when facing market changes
