Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of economic infrastructure, investment, and labor on economic growth in Probolinggo Regency. A quantitative approach was used, utilizing secondary time series data obtained from the Probolinggo Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) and related agencies. The dependent variable in this study is economic growth, measured by the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices, while the independent variables include economic infrastructure, investment, and labor. The analytical methods used were simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, supported by the classical assumption test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²).
The results indicate that partially, economic infrastructure, investment, and labor have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Probolinggo Regency. Economic infrastructure is the most dominant variable influencing economic growth, followed by investment and labor. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on economic growth, explaining 79.6% of the variation in economic growth. This finding suggests that regional economic growth is highly dependent on the synergy between infrastructure development, increased investment, and labor optimization. Therefore, an integrated regional economic development policy is needed, focusing on equitable infrastructure distribution, creating a conducive investment climate, and improving the quality of human resources to encourage sustainable economic growth.
